Artist Talk | Susan Laney & Parker Stewart

Please join us for an insightful reflection on the enduring legacy of Jack Leigh and the robust, emerging career of Parker Stewart.

Moderated by photographer and educator Emma Hopson, Artist Parker Stewart and Gallery Director Susan Laney will discuss the inspiration behind the themes and the process of bringing this exhibition together. Laney, whose gallery career began in the 1990s working alongside Jack Leigh, will share her personal history with the legendary Southern photographer. The talk will also examine how Leigh’s life and work has influenced Stewart’s compelling vision.

Doors open at 5:30pm and the artist talk begins at 6pm. A closing reception will take place after the talk from 7 to 8pm (lite bites and refreshments served).

Exhibition Extension 
"Jack Leigh & Parker Stewart: In Place" will be extended through Saturday, August 15th. 

Parker Stewart will be on site to speak with visitors from 11 to 2pm on the 15th.
